AR PRODUCTS, LLC Catalog
The products described in this catalog were developed over the past forty years. The main thrust of the developed products is to control galloping overhead power conductors caused by combinations of ice and wind that produce lift on the conductor. When this happens, aerodynamic lift moves the conductor up and down through very large amplitudes. The result is clashing between power lines.
The primary feature of all AR PRODUCTS device technology is the twisting of the conductor either by inertia, or by aerodynamic means. Each of the patented products has called out the twisting feature and its role in gallop control.
